- The hall can be hired by any person over the age of 18, subject to our full terms and conditions.
- Main Hall capacity – 120 people
- Clubroom capacity – 60 people
- Please note all events must cease at 11.30pm and the hall must be cleared by midnight and New Year bookings have to vacate the hall at the same time as regular hirers. .
- Prices are the same weekdays or weekends.
- Bookings are subject to a refundable £50 security deposit which is required prior to the event. The full hire amount must be paid at least one week before the event. This does not include the £50 deposit.
- Breakages and cost of cleaning will be deducted if the hall is not left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Booking time to include setting up and cleaning time.
- Cleaning up after evening events can be done the following day at £10 per hour subject to prior permission from the booking clerk.
- Hire includes use of tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery.
